Treating process:
1.exhausting whitening process:
4BK-A: 0.05-0.8% (o.w.f.), 4BK-A ratio: 1: 30, dyeing temperature: 40℃ -100℃; Na2SO4:0-10g/l.,start temperature :30℃ , heating rate:1-2℃ /min, keep the temperature at 50-100℃ for 20-40min, then lower to 50-30℃ --> wash--> dry( 100℃ ) --> setting (120℃ -150℃ )¡Á1-2 min( add proper amount leveling agent according to the leveling effect).
2. Padding Process:
4BK-A:0.5-5g/l, residue liquor ratio:100%, one dip and nip --> dry( 100℃ )
-->setting (120℃ -150℃ )¡Á1-2 min
Use: Mainly be used as brightener of contton, linen, silk, polyamide fiber ,wool and paper.
Package: It is packed in 20Kgs paper board bucket..It can be packed according to the requirement of the user.
